The owner is Frank DiNapoli, who learned his culinary skills in the US Army chef school. Originally from Long Island, NY, Frank and his family have been in the restaurant business for 25 years. Frank's opened almost a year ago and specializes in freshly prepared food made from scratch, including delicious burgers, ribbon fries, sandwiches, cheesesteaks, wings, soups, salads and Frank's Famous Frozen Custard. Frank and his staff treat the customers like they are #1. “Our customers are and will continue to be the most important part about the business", says Frank.
